The Elope Packages at Villa Isabella provides an extensive wedding plan for either 20, 30 or 40 guests. Here’s a structured summary of the package:

• 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 2 studio flats for guests.

• Mangrove Deck ceremonial area with a cream canopy and white Wilmbledon chairs.
• 2 pergola parasols, chairs, and snack tables on the lawn near the Gin Bar.
• On-site parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Additional Services:

• Helper/cleaner for the wedding day (7 hours).
• Free access to items from the Top deck Event Store (decor, sound equipment, etc.).
• Christian Minister for the service and marriage paperwork.
• Unlimited digital photography package, with various location coverage.

• Sound equipment provided (speaker, microphone, boombox).

Food and Drink Options:

• White voile canopy with vines and fairy lights, and beige canopy around the ceremonial area with white voile around the Ceremonial pergola.
• Free use of decor items from the Event Store.
• No dedicated décor coordinator; guests are encouraged to participate in decorating. We can include the Décor & Flowers in the Package if required. 

Music and Photography:

• Guests need to manage the provided sound equipment and playlists.
• Comprehensive photography coverage, with all photos provided digitally.

Pricing and Conditions:

• Elope Package for 20 guests on a Weekend: R38,800.00;  Midweek: R34,800.00

• Elope Package for 30 guests on a Weekend: R43,800.00,  Midweek: R39,800.00

• Elope Package for 40 guests on a Weekend: R48,800.00; Midweek: R44,800.00

• Flexible payment plans with a 20% deposit are required to confirm booking.
• Items or services not explicitly included in the package are excluded.
• Additional wedding services are available on request (flowers, hair, makeup, etc.).
• Prices and packages are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation, subject to change.

The “Mid Package” is R58,600.00 for up to 60 guests, providing a balance of services and customised options. The package includes:

• Facilities and Equipment: Use of the Topdeck Reception Venue for up to 60 Guests on the Wedding day, it includes white pickled wooden tables, white Wimbledon chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses and a fully equipped bar area with fridges & freezers.
• Use of the Ceremonial Beach Deck: For up to 60 Guests on the Wedding day, it includes a beige canopy with white voile draping around the side of the Pergola and white Wimbledon chairs for seating.
• Accommodation: Self-catering accommodation for up to 20 guests for 2 nights.
• Parking and Security: Secure on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles, with a car guard on the Wedding day to keep an eye on vehicles parked offsite. (7 hours).
• Staff: An additional helper for the wedding day for 7 hours.
• Food: Catering is included for up to 60 Guests, please see the “Customised Catering Menu” which is attached, the rate is R350.00 per person for starters, mains and sweets, including cocktail drinks on the lawn area.
• Drinks: We are not licenced, however, we do have a fully fitted bar area with fridges & freezers, you may provide drinks or Guests may bring their own, we don’t charge any corkage, and we can also purchase the drinks and ice for you & put them in the bar fridges & freezers. (There is no budget for drinks, however, we have included the cost of a Barman for up to 8 hours)
• Décor: We have not included a Décor Co-Ordinator, however, we have included a white voile canopy and sides with hanging vines and fairy lights above the tables in the Reception area and a beige canopy with white voile around the ceremonial pergola, it also includes the use of various decor items from the Event Store. (Please see the list of items available)
• Ceremony Official: A Christian Minister/Officiator is included to perform the service and manage the marriage certificate paperwork.
• Music: Use of sound equipment is included, you will need to appoint someone proficient to connect the Bluetooth Speakers and mic and to manage the playlist.
• Photography: We have included an unlimited digital photography package from the last 30 minutes of the Bride dressing up, the full coverage of the Ceremony, the Reception and various other Photographic Options (Beach, Forest, Front Lawn & Gin Bar area and the Topdeck Venue etc. (No prints, all photos on a USB or disc.) Videography is not included in this Package.
• Pricing: The total Package cost as fully detailed above is  R58,600.00 for up to 60 guests.
• Exclusions: Services like hairs, nails, makeup, videographer, wedding cake etc. are not included in the package. Contact details for all our service providers are provided with the booking confirmation, you may deal with any of our Service Providers directly for Services that are not included in the Package.
• Event Coordinator: We have not included an Event Co-Ordinator, an event coordinator can be included for an additional R4,000.00
• Terms: Any items and services not specified in the package are specifically excluded
  from the package price.
  • All Packages include the use of any of the Items available from our Event Store
  • All Packages have the option of using our Recommended Caterers and Service providers for Services not included in the Package.
  • We will provide you with an Overflow Accommodation Contact list of reasonably priced places nearby if you have more than 20 Guests requiring Accommodation.
  • We offer interest-free payment plan options on all our Packages.
  • All Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the Quotation subject to availability.

The total cost of the Full Package for up to 60 Guests is R76,600.00, it
includes the following:

• Use of the Topdeck Reception Venue facility for up to 60 guests including the use of our standard white pickled wooden tables, Wimbledon chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses, urns, hot trays, and bar area (including fridges and bar equipment etc).
• The use of our Mangrove Deck ceremonial area with a cream canopy and white voile draping with white Wimbledon chairs for up to 60.
• 4X 3m Pergola Parasol Umbrellas with stands & Cocktail tables to be positioned on the front lawn near the gin bar.
• Self-Catering Accommodation for 20 guests for 2 nights.
• Secure on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles + a car guard for the offsite vehicles on the wedding day.
• An additional helper/cleaner on the Wedding day for 7 hours to help set up and clean up afterwards.
• An experienced barman and 2 waitresses will be there for the duration of the event.
• An experienced Event Co-Ordinator who will put everything together for you and take care of all the arrangements. She will also be there for the duration of the event.
• Facilities, Equipment, Staff, Accommodation & the Event Co-Ordinator: R35,800.00
• Additional items to the above are as follows:
  • Food: All food will be catered out, please see the “Catering Menu Options” below, please choose which menu you prefer. The price is R350.00 per head for 60 Guests for starters, mains and sweets: R21,000.00
  • Drinks: – We have fridges and a fully equipped bar area. The barman is included for the duration of the event. As we do not have a liquor licence, no alcohol may be sold on the premises. All drinks whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic must be provided free of charge to guests. We have not included a budget for drinks & Ice, however, we have included a Barman for up to 8 hours. You will need to provide us with a list of drinks that you require. We will arrange to purchase all the drinks and put them in the fridges & in the bar area. Whatever unopened drinks & full packs are left over after the event we will return to the bottle store and credit you with the refund. We do not make put any markup on the drinks, we will provide you with all the purchase and refund slips from the bottle store. (Guests are also welcome to bring their own drinks).
  • Décor: We have included a budget of R8,000.00 for décor which is made up as follows R4,000.00 for hiring/purchasing flowers and décor items and R4,000.00 for a qualified, experienced person to take care of doing the Flowers the decor for you. The event coordinator will oversee this. We have included a white voile draping canopy with hanging vines & fairy lights over the tables in the Reception area and we have also included some white voile draping around the Ceremonial deck. (We’ll send you some pics). (All our Packages include the use of all the items in our Event Store, we do have stacks of Décor’ stuff which we suggest you use as much as possible to keep the Décor’ purchasing cost down).
  • Music: DJ, sound equipment, backup generator is all included for up to 8 hours. The cost is R4,400.00
  • Minister: We have included the cost of a Christian Minister to do the Ceremony and to take care of all the documentation for the Marriage Certificate. R3,000.00
  • Photography : We have included an Unlimited Digital Photography Package : The last 30 Minutes coverage of the Bride Dressing up, The full coverage of the Ceremony, the Reception and other Photographic Options: Beach, Forest, Front Lawn & Gin Bar area, Topdeck Venue etc. (No prints, all photos on a USB or disc). The cost is R4,400.00
  • Videography is excluded-Should you wish you may add a Full HD Video Package on a USB for an additional R3,500.00
