Thinking about eloping? It’s a great idea! Not only do you get to spend quality time with your guests when there are a small group of you, but you also have way less stress about all the details and save thousands from your budget!
At Villa Isabella, we offer two different elope packages, the Elope 20 for twenty guests and the Elope 30 for thirty guests.
Our Elope Packages both include:
- Use of the Topdeck Reception Venue for up to 20/30 guests (package dependant) which include our white pickled wooden tables, white Wimbledon chairs, crockery, cutlery, zombie, wine & champagne glasses.
- The use of our Mangrove Deck ceremonial area for up to 20/30 guests (package dependant) which includes a cream canopy and white Wimbledon Chairs.
- 4 X 3m Pergola Parasol Umbrellas and chairs on the lawn around the Gin Bar.
- Self-Catering Accommodation for 20 guests for 2 nights or 30 guests for 2 nights depending on the package you choose.
- Secure on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles.
- An Additional Helper/cleaner on the wedding day
- The Free use of the decor, sound equipment and many other Items from our event storeroom
Not only that but all of these incredible services are also included:
Starters on the Lawn/Gin Bar:
Tropical non-alcoholic cocktails and fresh orange juice in glass tap dispensers plus snack platters
Mains up in the Topdeck Reception Venue:
Spit roasted leg of lamb, baby roast potatoes, roast Meditteranean veggies, two salads, savory rice, mint sauce and gravy as well as cocktail rolls and butter.
1-Tier Simple Wedding Cake
(We do have an alternative menu with canapes, starters and a harvest table for mains and sweets, please enquire)
- Drinks: We are not licensed but we do have a fully fitted bar area in the Topdeck Venue. No alcohol may be sold on the premises. Guests may bring their own drinks or you may provide them.
- Décor: We have not included a Décor Co-Ordinator but we have included some simple white voil draping for the Reception Venue & the Ceremonial Pergola plus the free use of the numerous Décor Items available from our event storeroom. We will send you a list and pictures of all the items so that you can pre-plan. Every family has talent, ask family or friends to assist with the Décor’, they will be honoured and go out of their way to do an excellent job!
- Minister: We have included the cost of a Christian Minister who will perform the service and do all the paperwork for the Marriage Certificate.
- Music: We have included the use of all our sound equipment (speaker on a stand, microphone with leads, rechargeable speaker etc).
- Photography: We have included an unlimited digital photography package (no prints, all photos on a USB or disc).
With all of these things taken care of for you, you can relax and enjoy your special day with your loved ones and your soon-to-be husband or wife!
