Villa Isabella is a Destination Venue and 20 Sleeper Self Catering Venue in Ballito with a fully equipped Reception area and Function Room on the 3rd floor which is called “The Topdeck Venue”. It has spectacular sea views and can comfortably seat up to 70 people and is specifically designed for Family Gatherings, Functions, Parties and Accommodation on the north coast of KZN. We are undoubtedly the best Venue for Family Reunion Accommodation in the Ballito KZN North Coast area. We boast comfortable beachfront accommodation a mere 15-minute drive north of Ballito.
This three storey Beach house has 2 side by side Townhouses with interleading double doors off the lounges which can comfortably accommodate 20 people, this, combined with all our other facilities lends itself to extended self-catering parties covering a host of Celebration Events and Functions such as Birthday Parties, Family or School Reunions, Wedding Anniversary, Family Remembrance Gatherings, Bridal Showers, Rededication Ceremonies, etc
You simply take over the entire Villa and have all the facilities to yourself as there will be no other Guests coming or going whilst your group is occupying the Villa. It’s wonderful to be able to occupy the entire Establishment without having to be concerned about any other Guests on the premises outside of your own Party, none of our staff stay on the premises either so this makes it private and you have the freedom to do as you please, this makes it the most ideal Venue for Family Functions and Accommodation.
The accommodation and facilities promote a unique getaway experience for extended Family and Friends alike creating wonderful memories through jointly experiencing the beautiful, remote beaches of the Dolphin Coast together in an atmosphere of rest and relaxation from the busyness of life.
Our Rates are very reasonable with self-catering and catered options available.
Our minimum stay is for 2 nights and all Functions and Events are always quoted inclusive of the Accommodation for 20 Guests.
Unlike our Weddings and Conferences, we do not have any Standard Packages on offer for various other Functions and Events. Our pricing is tailor-made and specific and is dependent upon the number of Guests, whether there are any requirements for specialised equipment, whether it’s during weekdays or over a weekend and whether you will be taking care of your own catering or whether you would like us to arrange the catering.

Villa Isabella is situated directly on Blythedale Beach with private, secure gated access onto the beach by way of a wooden deck and wooden steps with a handrail.
Our 20 Sleeper Self Catering Party Venue in Ballito is 74km North of Durban and 48km north of King Shaka airport. Our Reception and Function Venue can comfortably seat up to 70. We can accommodate up to 20 Guests at Villa Isabella, any additional Guests will be accommodated nearby.
