THE BASIC:

The total package fee of R29,000.00 for 2 nights or
R33,000.00 for 3 nights over a weekend includes the following:


1)Use of the top deck recreational facility for a maximum of 60 guests, including the
use of our standard tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses, tablecloths, chair covers,

urns, hot trays, bar area (including fridges and bar equipment etc).
2)The use of our Mangrove Deck ceremonial area for a maximum of 100 guests.
3)4 X 3m Pergola Parasol Umbrellas with stands to be positioned as directed.
4)Self Catering Accommodation for 20 people for 2 or 3 nights.
5)Secure on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles. Any additional vehicles will need to
park offsite. Our rate includes the hiring cost of a car guard for offsite parking on the
wedding day.
6)An additional helper/cleaner for both days.

For THE BASIC, you will need to provide the following:

1)All food. (You are welcome to use your own caterers, you may also use our 2 fully
fitted kitchens to prepare food on site, should you wish. We are also able to suggest
some good options and to connect you with really good caterers at reasonable prices)
2)All drinks. We have a fully equipped bar area with fridges etc.
(No alcohol may be sold on the premises, all drinks whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic
must be provided free of charge to guests.)
3)All decor. (You are welcome to use what we have available from previous functions).
4)All staff (barman, waitresses, etc.) We can arrange if required.
5)Music, sound equipment.
Once the booking has been confirmed, should you require, we will provide you with the
details of the best people to contact for ,flowers, nails, makeup, wedding cakes, hiring,
DJ’s, etc.
Should you require, we do have an experienced event co-ordinator who can make all
the arrangements and put everything together for you,
she charges a total of R6,000.00.

THE MID:

This package is for a 2 night weekend stay out of season, the price of R29,000 is
for the full use of the venue which includes the following: (The cost per additional
night is R4,000)
1)Use of the topdeck recreational facility for 60 guests including the use of our
standard tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses, white tablecloths & chair covers,
urns, hot trays, bar area (including fridges and bar equipment etc).
2)The use of our Mangrove Deck ceremonial area with canopy & sides if required.
3)4X 3m Pergola Parasol Umbrellas with stands to be positioned as directed.
4)Self Catering Accommodation for 20 Guests for 2 nights as per the attached
Accommodation Booking Quotation.
5)Secure on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles + a car guard for the offsite vehicles
on the wedding day .
6)An additional helper/cleaner for both days to help set up and clean up
afterwards.

For THE MID, you will need to provide the following:

1)Food: Please see attached Catering Options Document
2)Drinks – We have fridges and a fully equipped bar area. Should you require a
good barman this will cost an additional R500.00 for the duration of the event. As
we do not have a liquor licence, no alcohol may be sold on the premises, all drinks
whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic must be provided free of charge to guests. The
way that this works is that you give us a budget and a list of drinks that you
require. We arrange to purchase all the drinks and put them in the fridges & in the
bar area. Whatever unopened drinks & full packs are left over after the event we
will return to the bottle store and credit you with the refund. We do not make put
any mark up on the drinks, we will provide you with all the purchase and refund
slips from the bottle store.
3)All decor. The normal budget for décor is around R5,000.00 which is made up
as follows: R3,000.00 for hiring/purchasing of décor items and R2,000.00 for a
qualified, experienced person to take care of putting it all together for you.
4)Music & sound equipment

To summarize, our total costs and budgeted costs are as follows:
1) Our package for facilities, equipment & accommodation
as detailed above:
R29,000
2) Food based on Menu “A”: 60 Guests @ R200 per head. R12,000
3) Drinks (Based on a budget of R3,000 +
a Barman for the entire event):
R3,500
4) Décor (Based on a budget of R3,000.00 for hiring & purchases + R2,000 for
Décor co-ordinator)
R5,000
Total for the above for 60 Guests : R49,500
Apart from the above, you would need to arrange and pay for the following
services directly: flowers, nails, makeup, DJ, photographer, videographer , DJ/Sound,
lighting etc. (Once the booking has been confirmed, we will give you the most
reasonably priced people to contact for various services).
Should you require, we can arrange an efficient event co-ordinator to make all the
arrangements and put everything together for you,
the normal rate is around R6,000.00

THE FULL:

This package is for a 2 night weekend stay in normal season, the price of
R39,000 is for the full use of the venue (the cost per additional night is
R4,000)
and an event co-ordinator, it includes the following:
1)Use of the topdeck recreational facility for 60 guests including the use of
our standard tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses, white tablecloths & chair
covers, urns, hot trays, bar area (including fridges and bar equipment etc).
2)The use of our Mangrove Deck ceremonial area with canopy & sides if
required.
3)4X 3m Pergola Parasol Umbrellas with stands to be positioned as directed.
4)Self Catering Accommodation for 20 guests for 2 nights as per the
attached Accommodation Booking Quotation.
5)Secure on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles + a car guard for the offsite
vehicles on the wedding day .

6)An additional helper/cleaner for both days to help set up and clean
up afterwards
7)An experienced barman and 2 waitresses who will be there for the
duration of the event.
8)A security guard with immediate armed response for 1 X 12 hour shift
to keep an eye out for guests etc.
9)An experienced “Event Co-Ordinator “ who will put everything
together for you and take care of all the arrangements. She will also be
there for the duration of the event.

Additional items to the above are as follows:


1)Food: All food will be catered out (please see menu options attached)
Menu’s may be varied, however, this gives you an idea of the type of menu
you can put together. The budgeted price is R250.00 per head for 60 Guests
for starters, mains and desert.

2)Drinks: – We have fridges and a fully equipped bar area. The barman is
included for the duration of the event. As we do not have a liquor licence, no
alcohol may be sold on the premises. All drinks whether alcoholic or nonalcoholic must be provided free of charge to guests. We have included a
budget of R4,000.00 for drinks. You will need to provide us with a list of
drinks that you require. We arrange to purchase all the drinks and put them in
the fridges & in the bar area. Whatever unopened drinks & full packs are left
over after the event we will return to the bottle store and credit you with the
refund. We do not make put any mark up on the drinks, we will provide you

3)Décor: We have included a budget of R6,000.00 for décor which is made up as

R4,000 for hiring/purchasing of décor items and R2,000 for a qualified, experienced
person to take care of doing the decor for you. The event co-ordinator will oversee
this.
4)Music: DJ, sound equipment, backup generator: We have included this, the
cost/budget is R5,000.00
