Arrival: 2pm earliest unless otherwise arranged Departure: 10am unless otherwise arranged

CANCELLATION POLICY
Provided that a replacement booking is made for the dates that you have booked, we will do a refund, but a 15% handling fee will be retained. Failing this, there will be no refund. There is a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 14 days of arrival and a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% deposit to confirm a booking, the balance plus R1000 damage deposit to be paid a minimum of three weeks prior to arrival.
NO CHEQUES ARE ACCEPTED, either EFT or Credit Cards (via PayFast) are accepted.
Should the balance of the payment not be received three weeks prior to arrival we reserve the right to find a replacement booking in which case we will retain a 30% re booking fee.
