To ensure a relaxed and seamless celebration, all bookings at Villa Isabella include a minimum stay of 2 nights for up to 20 guests. This allows you and your loved ones ample time to prepare, celebrate, and unwind in our beautiful beachfront setting.
All our packages include access to our Event Store attached, where you’ll find a variety of items from bar equipment to decorative items, all to enhance your celebration.
While our packages cover essential services, you have the option to work with our recommended caterers and service providers for any additional needs. Explore our Service Providers Menu and Catering Menu Options down below – otherwise, you are free to choose your own!
If you’re hosting more than 20 guests, we’ll provide a list of reasonably priced nearby accommodations to ensure everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
We offer interest-free payment plans on all packages, making it easier to bring your dream wedding to life. All bookings require a 20% deposit to secure your dates.
All prices are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of your quotation, giving you the time you need to plan with confidence.
Please kindly note that a quotation doesn’t confirm a booking and we cannot commit to holding dates should someone else wish to book and can secure the booking with a 20% deposit.
The Basic Package at Villa Isabella is designed for couples looking for an elegant yet affordable wedding experience with up to 60 guests. Set against the stunning backdrop of Blythedale Beach, this package includes all the basic essentials for a memorable and stress-free celebration.
The Basic Wedding Package is perfect for intimate weddings with up to 60 guests on weekends or 40 guests midweek.
The Basic Package includes self-catering accommodation for up to 20 guests for 2 nights in 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 2 studio flats for guests. Overflow accommodation options are available nearby for additional guests.
For the ceremony, the full use of the Ceremonial Mangrove Deck with a cream canopy, white voile draping, and white Wimbledon chairs for up to 60 guests is included. You will also receive full use of the Topdeck Reception Venue with white pickled wooden tables, Wimbledon chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses, urns, hot trays, and a fully equipped bar area (including fridges & bar equipment) – as well as 4 pergola parasols, chairs, and snack tables on the Gin Bar Lawn.
Secure on-site parking for 8 vehicles is available, plus a car guard for offsite parking. 1 helper is included for 7 hours on the wedding day.
Clients have access to two fully kitted on-site kitchens.
Guests provide their own alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (no sales are allowed). We can arrange drink purchases and returns with no extra charges or markup.
You are welcome to use our recommended caterers and menus or organise your own caterer.
Décor in the Basic Package includes a beige canopy around the ceremonial area with draping and a white voile canopy with vines and fairy lights in the Topdeck venue. Clients have free use of any of the décor items from the Event Store.
No dedicated décor coordinator is included. Many clients get their bridal party & loved ones to help decorate.

The Mid Wedding Package is perfect for medium-sized weddings with up to 60 guests.
The Mid Package includes self-catering accommodation for up to 20 guests for 2 nights in 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 2 studio flats for guests. Overflow accommodation options are available nearby for additional guests.

Included is a comprehensive photography package with digital images covering the Bride’s final preparations, full ceremony coverage, reception & venue photos (beach, forest, lawn, Gin Bar, Topdeck etc.). Full HD videography is available as an add-on.
A Christian Minister is included to officiate and handle the marriage paperwork.
Additional service providers are available including bar staff, waitresses, an event coordinator, DJs, photographers, stationery providers, florists, wedding cake suppliers and more.
Interest-free flexible payment plans are available with a 20% deposit required to confirm the booking.
